Registering your warranty
Pure Electric products are automatically registered under warranty beginning from the date of purchase; there is no requirement for you to do anything further.
In the UK, Pure Electric's e-scooter warranty provides you with 12 months of protection against original defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. Outlet scooters, however, come with a 6-month warranty.
