What is the status of my return?

If you have returned an item to us please allow up to 5 working days from the delivery date shown on your returns tracking link for your item to be assessed by the engineers in our workshop.

If you have not received an update on your return after 5 working days, please email: help@pureelectric.com with your order number (beginning PS) in the subject line.
