Tracking shows delivered but order not received

So that we can look into this for you, please make sure you have checked with other in your household and your immediate neighbours, as they may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us directly on help@pureelectric.com with your order number (beginning PS) and delivery address.

All our orders are tracked and we will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf to check the exact location of delivery (supported by photographic evidence) to help you find your order.
