Where is my order?
Delivery timings
All E-Scooters ordered Monday - Friday before 1PM will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery.
Any orders placed after 1PM Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Tracking Information
Your tracking information is usually emailed to you between 2-9pm on the day of dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking details, it could be in your spam/junk email inbox - so take a look there in the first instance.
Still can't find it?
If you can't find your tracking information in your recent emails, you can log back in to your account to check for tracking updates: Account Log in.
