Refund not received
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed once received back at our workshop.
Once it’s been processed, it can take up to a further 5 working days for the money to appear in your account.
Please note that all refunds go back to the same payment method that was used for purchase.
If the money does not appear in your account within 5 working days, please contact your bank to confirm if they have a record of the transaction, they should then be able to confirm when you can expect the money to appear.
If your bank is unable to provide you with this detail, or you are still concerned about your refund, please email: help@pureelectric.com and one of our team will be in touch.
