I haven't received an order confirmation

If you've not received an email order confirmation, please check your junk/spam folders – sometimes confirmation emails can end up there!

If you still can’t see it, please contact us at: help@pureelectric.com. It’s possible that there’s a typo in your contact email address, in which case we can easily rectify this.
