  3. We refund the difference

    Once we have checked the price, we refund the difference to your original payment method.

Price Match terms and conditions

  1. Who we match. We match the price of identical scooters sold by Currys, Halfords, Argos, Very, Sports Direct and Costco.
  2. Claim window. Claims must be made within 7 days of placing your order, not from delivery. You can claim before your order arrives.
  3. Identical item. The scooter must be the same make, model, colour and specification, and be in stock and ready to ship from the other retailer.
  4. Sold directly. The other retailer must be the seller. Marketplace and third-party sellers on their websites are not included.
  5. Prices we do not match. Clearance, trade-in, multi-buy, member-only, flash-sale, voucher or discount-code prices, student or other group prices, refurbished or used items, and obvious pricing errors.
  6. Total price. We compare the total you would pay, including any delivery charge. Where the other retailer offers finance, we compare the cash price.
  7. Evidence. We need a link or screenshot showing the lower price, the date it was seen and your order number. We may check the price ourselves before agreeing the claim.
  8. Your refund. If we accept your claim, we refund the difference to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it. Orders already returned or refunded are not eligible.
  9. Fair use. Price Match is for personal customers. We may limit quantities, and we may decline claims that appear fraudulent or made for resale.
  10. Changes. We may update or withdraw Price Match at any time. The terms in place when you placed your order apply to your claim. This does not affect your legal rights.
