Serial Number Lookup

Enter your scooter's serial number to find your model and variant.

Your serial number can be found on your Pure Electric scooter in the following locations:

  • Under the deck: Check for a white sticker on the side of the deck near the footplate or folding mechanism.
  • On the frame: Some models have the serial number stamped directly onto the metal frame near the wheels.

The serial number typically starts with the letter "S" followed by numbers (e.g., S012B1, S022C2).
