The total range you will achieve from a single charge will depend on a number of factors: drive mode, rider wight, tyre pressure, number of hills and ambient temperatures all of which can contribute to a reduction in range achieved. For example, if you ride constantly on High mode (30 km/h), you will not achieve the total range.
