1. The Promoter and Agreement 

• 1.1. The Promoter: The promoter is PURE ELECTRIC LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 11634997, with registered office at Unit 4 Axis, Hawkfield Business Park, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS14 0BY. 
• 1.2. Agreement: Entry into this Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Eligibility 

• 2.1. Entrants: The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. 
• 2.2. Exclusions: Excluded from entry are employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. 
• 2.3. Purchase Requirement: Entry is only valid with the purchase of an eligible scooter during the Promotional Period. The price of the eligible scooter has not been increased to cover the cost of this promotion. 

3. Promotional Period 

• 3.1. Start Date: The promotion starts at 11:00 GMT on 09/12/2025. 
• 3.2. End Date: The promotion closes at 23:59 GMT on 31/12/2025 (the "Promotional Period"). 

4. How to Enter 

• 4.1. Entry Method: Entry is automatic upon the successful purchase of any scooter model, excluding outlet (refurbished) models, from the Pure Electric website (https://www.pureelectric.com/) during the Promotional Period. 
• 4.2. Entry Limit: Each eligible scooter purchased counts as one (1) entry into the draw. For example, a single order containing two eligible scooters will result in two entries. 

5. The Prize and Winner Selection 

• 5.1. The Prize: There are five (5) prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) McLaren F1 Team cap signed by both Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. 
• 5.2. Prize Value: The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 
• 5.3. Winner Selection: Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will be conducted via an independently verifiable computer process within forty-five (45) days of the close of the Promotional Period, on or around 13/02/2026. 

6. Notification and Claiming 

• 6.1. Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their purchase within five (5) business days of the draw date. 
• 6.2. Acceptance: The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and provide a UK delivery address within 14 days of the Promoter’s notification email. 
• 6.3. Withdrawal: If a winner fails to respond and accept the prize within the specified 14-day period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement. 
• 6.4. Reserve Winners: The Promoter will select up to ten (10) reserve winners alongside the main winners. If a prize is withdrawn (per Clause 6.3), it will be offered to a reserve winner, who will have 10 days to claim the prize. 
• 6.5. Purchase Verification: The Promoter will verify that the winning purchase has not been refunded or returned. If the winning scooter is successfully returned for a full refund (under the company's return policy) before the prize is dispatched to the winner, the entry will be deemed void, and the prize will be awarded to a reserve winner. 

7. Publicity and Data Protection 

• 7.1. Publicity: The Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who submits a request via the online contact form at https://www.pureelectric.com/pages/contact-form within one month after the closing date, clearly stating "McLaren Prize Draw Winner List Request." 
• 7.2. Objection: If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter (using the form specified above). The Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) on request. 

8. General 

• 8.1. Governing Law: The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
