What are my payment options with V12 Finance?

The finance option you choose depends on: the period of time you wish to spread your payments over, how much you want to spend and how much you want to borrow.

Option 1: Spend over £899 (£999 including deposit), make 24 or 36 monthly payments over 2 or 3 years (respectively) at 9.9% representative APR**

Option 2: Spend over £1,000 (£1,115 including deposit), pay no interest and make 12 monthly payments over 1 year. Alternatively, make 24 or 36 monthly payments over 2 or 3 years (respectively) at 9.9% representative APR**

Option 3: Spend over £2,000 (£2,225 including deposit), pay no interest and make 12 or 24 monthly payments over 1 or 2 years (respectively). Alternatively, make 36 monthly payments over 3 years at 9.9% representative APR**

How do I use V12 Finance?

Using V12 Finance is really easy! Simply add your e-bike to your bag and go to checkout:


Enter your contact and delivery details

Delivery must be to your home address.


On the payment method screen, select ‘Spread the cost with V12’, and click 'Buy Now'


On the V12 Finance account setup and payment page choose ‘12’, ‘24' or '36' months, and your chosen deposit amount. Click 'Apply Now' to begin the V12 Application.


Complete the V12 application in full, and wait for the decision. Once approved* you will need to E-sign the credit agreement to complete your application.

* Your order will not be confirmed until you have submitted the full application with V12, and the application has been approved.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You must be an 18 years of age.

  • A minimum 10% deposit must be paid on acceptance; 50% deposit is the maximum you can make.

  • You can borrow anything between £999 and £15,000. This covers all our electric bikes meaning our plans are suitable for electric mountain bike finance as well.

  • Our online application process is simple and fast. Once complete, your application will be instantly sent to V12 Finance and a response will be sent to you as soon as possible. Some applications may take longer to process, but most are instantaneous. If for any reason we can't give you an instant decision, you will be notified on screen and also by e-mail, with a follow up e-mail as soon as a decision is confirmed.

  • You must:

    Be at least 18 years of age

    Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more

    Be able to make repayments by direct debit

    Be in regular employment* (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment.

  • All monthly payments are made by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically, the first payment will be due one month after the date of the delivery of the finance, and subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month. We have several pay monthly electric bike plans available.

  • Yes, circumstances change, and just because you have had a previous application refused, it doesn’t mean that all further requests will be automatically turned down. It is suggested however, that you leave at least 6 months between applications.

  • If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, and with further instructions will be provided should you wish to dispute the decision.

  • Yes. A credit check forms part of the automated decision-making process.

  • You have the right under section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days (beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made or, if later, the date on which we will tell you that we have signed the agreement). If you wish to withdraw you must give the finance company notice in writing or by telephone or email. The name of your finance company will be clearly shown on your credit agreement (see contact details below). Please note that if you do give notice of withdrawal, you must repay the full amount of the credit without delay, and in any event by no later than 30 days after giving notice of withdrawal.
