• Delivery to UK on e-scooters is FREE and next working day.
• Delivery to Northern Ireland is FREE and in 2-3 working days.
• Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped Monday.

Accessories

• FREE to deliver when ordered with an electric scooter, or when you spend over £20. For orders under £20, delivery is £2.99. Deliveries take up to 3 working days to arrive in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Note: Accessories ordered with e-scooters may come in separate deliveries.

Warranty for Pure Electric E-Scooters

All Pure Electric E-Scooters include a 12 month warranty against original defects in material and workmanship from the date you physically receive the E-Scooter.

This covers the cost of labour and parts required to keep your e-scooter in proper working order for the 12 month warranty period.

You will need a copy of your proof of purchase for reference when making enquiries or warranty claims.
