Warranty Info

Razor Limited Warranty

Razor provides a limited warranty namely, their products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days (for electric powered products) and 6 months/180-days (for non-electric powered products) from date of purchase by the consumer. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or misuse.

Razor’s Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:

• used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation;

• modified in any way;

• rented.

Razor is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.

For your records, we recommend you save your original sales receipt with your Razor product manual and write the serial number directly on your product manual for reference.

Warranty Items

If your product malfunctions within the period as detailed above, Razor will in the first instance endeavour to identify the issue and resolve this with the dispatch of a replacement part. You will need to provide the serial number of your product and a proof of purchase.

If the issue cannot be resolved in this manner, the next course would be to obtain a returns merchandise authorisation (RMA) number from razor@uniqueservicegroup.eu

1.    Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

2.    Please include the original packing slip and a note explaining the reason for your return.

3.    Shipping cost to be borne by the consumer.

4.    Clearly label the package for return using the following address together with your RMA number:

Once the item is received by our engineer, all costs to repair the item under warranty will be borne by Razor including the return carriage costs. The item will be examined within 2 working days of receipt and any works undertaken within 5 working days of receipt.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All our electric scooters are sent out with next working day delivery as standard.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

If you order before 2 pm – Monday to Thursday, your electric scooter order will be dispatched the same day and you will receive it the next business day. Orders placed on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched Monday, delivered to you on Tuesday.

Saturday Delivery 
If it's more convenient for you to receive your scooter at the weekend, we now offer Saturday delivery for £15. If you order your electric scooter before 2 pm on Friday, and select £15 Saturday Delivery at checkout, you will receive your order the following Saturday. Saturday Delivery is currently only available in the UK. 

Original box and packaging 
Please keep hold of your original box and packaging for at least 30-days, in the event you need to return the product to us.

International Ordering & Delivery

At this moment we only take orders from the UK, but will be very soon delivering across Europe.

1. Canceling Your Order 

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our email address: help@pureelectric.com. Please include your order number when contacting us. 

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping and issue you a refund immediately. 

Please note –  when returning a product, it must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return – see here. 

2. Returns - Changed Your Mind 

If you change your mind after buying from us and want a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know, and another 14 days to return the goods to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund. Pure Electric can help arrange the return for a charge of £20 - you will be required to take your scooter to your nearest drop off point.  

Please note –  the 14 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden (less than 1km logged on the scooter’s odometer.) 

3. Returns - Damaged & Faulty 

Faulty electric scooter – Less than 30 days post-delivery 
If your electric scooter arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault during normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer’s manual) within 30 days of you receiving it you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. 

Please note –  All returns are assessed by a Pure Electric representative and the fault must be confirmed before further action can be taken. The assessment process can take up to 3 days.  

Faulty electric scooter – More than 30 days post-delivery 
If your scooter develops a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer’s manual) after the initial 30 days period you may still be entitled to have your scooter repaired at no cost to yourself. We will assess the fault via phone and email to confirm that the scooter we supplied was defective before agreeing to provide a free repair. 

Please note –  any fault caused due to misuse of the scooter including water ingress or external damage is not covered by this policy. Please ensure you read the manual in detail before using your electric scooter to avoid voiding your warranty.
