Where to find your Frame or Serial number

Electric Scooter

You’ll find the Serial Number for your Electric Scooter on the bottom (2) or side of your scooter (1), printed on a label.

Electric Bike

You can find your Frame Number on either the headset (1), seat tube (2), bottom bracket (3), above the crank (4) or the rear stays (5).

Pure Flux One

The Frame Number for your brand new Pure Flux One can be found above the crank near the bottom of your seat tube.

FAQ

  • Most Electric Bike Frame Numbers are under the bottom bracket, where the pedal cranks meet. It’s best to turn your E-Bike upside down so you can write down this number.

    If the Frame Number isn’t under the bottom bracket, check other common locations, such as the:

    1. Headset

    2. Underside of crank

    3. Rear stays

    4. Seat downtube next to the crank

    5. Top of the crank.

    If you still can’t find your Frame Number, please refer to your manual or contact the manufacturer.

  • You will find the E-Scooter Serial Number on the bottom, or the side of the Electric Scooter, printed on a label. If you cannot see it there, check the original box, or in the E-Scooter’s companion app.

  • You should receive your pack straight away. In some instances, we may need a little more time to verify your information.

  • No. Service Packs are not available if you’re using your E-Bike or E-Scooter for commercial use. You can read the full terms and conditions here.

  • Yes, but only in store and it must be purchased within 30 days of your original order. Bring along proof of purchase, such as your order receipt or confirmation email.

  • Call or visit your local store to book a service. You’ll need to show your Service Pack to the team when you bring your E-Bike or E-Scooter in. Find your nearest store here.
