Following reports of some handlebar grips on the PURE ADVANCE range becoming loose and posing potential injury hazards, it is vital that customers return scooters from an isolated batch in order for us to check each one and where necessary, carry out works to improve the strength and durability of the handlebar system.
The affected batch includes ADVANCE and ADVANCE+ products sold between March 1st – May 10th 2023. If you bought a PURE ADVANCE or PURE ADVANCE + outside of these dates, you do not need to take any action. If you are unsure on whether your product is affected, you can check by entering your serial number below.

How to find your serial number

1. Look under the scooter chassis

2. You should see a product information sticker. The serial number will be displayed in the bottom-right corner.
