What does the warranty cover? 

Should processing or material faults appear on your carbon frame, or corresponding carbon fork if you have a racing bike, within the 6-year warranty period, please contact your specialist FOCUS dealer (Pure Electric). The warranty only extends to the original (first) owner and is not transferable. If the bike has been used for hire, the warranty does not apply.

To activate your warranty, you must register your model, complete with all the required details, here within 8 weeks of the date of purchase.
You will then receive a confirmation e-mail which you must retain.

How long is the warranty cover?

Electrical Parts 2 years, Frame 10 Years on registration 

What does the warranty exclude?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or aging. Similarly excluded are damage or defects in the paintwork of e-bike frames. Any paintwork damage, which occurs after your specialist dealer has delivered your bike, is not covered by the terms of the warranty or liability for material defects. If the bike has been used for hire, the warranty does not apply.
