Contact your chosen Pure Electric showroom to book a service/repair. If you like, you can tell us now that you have a ‘£50 Fix Your Bike’ voucher.

How can I use my voucher?

When you bring your bike in for its service/repair, one of our in-showroom technicians make an expert assessment to ascertain what’s required to get it back to full, safe working order.

This assessment may fall into one of our Bronze, Silver or Gold service packages or you can simply have a bike repair. Our technician will give an initial indication of what work or package might be required before the work begins*.

When the work is complete, you will be able to use your £50 voucher as a deduction against the total cost of the required repair work, at the time that you collect your bike.

Using a ‘Fix your bike’ voucher means you can gain a Pure Electric bronze or silver pedal or e-bike service for FREE, or a gold pedal or e-bike service for half price.

*While our technicians aim to be as accurate as possible in their initial assessment, it is possible that previously hidden problems can reveal themselves in the process of a service that require further work. The safety of our customers and integrity of our work is incredibly important to us, and we will contact you to agree any further service work that will incur an additional cost.

If you are unsure about whether the work you would like carried out is eligible within the ‘Fix your bike’ scheme, please refer to the Energy Saving Trust terms and conditions when you register. Please note, this government scheme is applicable to English showrooms only; Scottish showrooms are unable to take part.

We look forward to welcoming you and your bike at one of our Pure Electric showrooms soon!
