Do you offer servicing and repairs?

We now offer a puncture repair service at our store in Victoria. For £33.99 we can mend a puncture including a new inner tube and new tyre.
This service is not pre-bookable yet but the once dropped off, the team hope to complete the puncture service within 3 working days.

If you cannot get to our London store, sometimes you can take the scooter to a local bike shop and they will be able to repair it. If they cannot we would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly under your warranty (note that this can be chargeable).

Can I order online and collect from store?

We don't offer collect from store yet. You can either buy online for free next working day delivery to your home,  or buy in store and take home the same day. 

Can I pay by Finance(Klarna) in store?

Klarna is a third-party payment provider,  processed and authorised online. As such, we aren’t able to offer payment in store with Klarna. However,once you’ve decided which scooter you’d like you can purchase through one of the store IPads, opting for Klarna and home delivery.  

Are prices the same in store?

Yes, online prices and offers are exactly the same in store. 

Can I use a discount code in store?

Sure, simply quote the discount code to a member of staff. 

Can I test ride in store?

Unfortunately, we can’t yet offer test rides. You will be to see the scooter up close, be able to stand on the scooter, and ask our scooter experts anything you want!
