Christmas Delivery 

To receive your order in time for Christmas, order by 1200 (midday) on Monday 20 December. Orders placed after this time will arrive from Wednesday 29 December.  

PLEASE NOTE: In 2021, Christmas Day and Boxing Day fall on a Saturday and Sunday. This means that there are substitute bank holidays on Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 December. Most normal delivery services will resume on Wednesday 29 December. 

Temporary delivery delays
Due to some unexpected issues with our couriers, we are currently experiencing delays with some of our deliveries. Don’t worry, there’s no need to get in touch. If your delivery is impacted, we’ll contact you by email so that you know when to expect your product(s). Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issues, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

UK and Northern Ireland
Delivery to UK & Northern Ireland on our e-scooters is FREE and in 3 working days.

Note for

Republic of Ireland
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland take 3-5 working days to arrive. Delivery is charged at £9.99 per order.

All Republic of Ireland orders will be shipped with delivery duty unpaid. Prior to the delivery of your order, the carrier delivering will be in contact with you to provide a link to pay any excise, VAT and customs clearance fees. Any orders above €150 will also incur additional import duty charges. 

Store Click & Collect

Not around to accept a delivery? We offer Free click & collect in all our UK stores. Simply purchase your item online to secure stock and collect it from your local Pure Electric store.

Your order will be ready within 3 working days and we’ll be in touch when it's available to collect.

International Ordering & Delivery

We currently only take orders from the UK and Ireland. Please see our Ordering & Delivery page for more details.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date in which your product has been delivered to return your product.

To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, unridden with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
