E-Bike and E-Scooter Care Pack Terms and Conditions

E-Bike and E-Scooter Care Packs are only available for e-bikes and e-scooters purchased from Pure Electric.

E-Bike and E-Scooter Care Packs can be purchased online at pureelectric.com or in UK Pure Electric stores within the same transaction as an e-bike or e-scooter, or in store within 30 days of your original order. Care Packs cannot be ordered online post vehicle purchase. For E-Bike & E-Scooter Care Packs bought post-vehicle purchase, customers must bring their e-scooter or e-bike to a UK store for the individual serial/frame number to be recorded for their Care Package certificate (see below) and the vehicle's condition to be checked. We reserve the right to not sell Care Packs for vehicles that have been mistreated in their initial 30 days.

E-Bike and E-Scooter Care Pack services can only redeemed in UK stores and not online at pureelectric.com.

At the point of e-scooter or e-bike and Care Pack purchase, the vehicle serial or frame number will be identified and recorded on a Care Pack Certificate to be sent to customers by email within seven days. The Care Pack can be applied on that product and cannot be transferred to any other bike, e-bike or e-scooter. E-Bike & E-Scooter Care Packs can only be redeemed by an individual in possession of a Care Pack Certificate showing a serial / frame number that corresponds to their e-scooter or e-bike.

E-Bike and E-Scooter Care Packs include the following features, which are available for 12 months from the date of purchase:

  • Free labour on puncture repairs
  • Free fitting of all parts and accessories
  • One e-scooter service or one silver service for e-bikes
  • Free brake adjustments for e-bikes and e-scooters
  • Free gear adjustments for e-bikes 

E-Bike and E-Scooter Care Packs do not include the cost of any parts, accessories or hydraulic brake bleeding.
