Click & Collect 

We offer FREE Click & Collect from our UK stores for all our electric scooters.

Simply select the store you wish your items to be sent to at the checkout and complete your purchase. Orders will take up to 5 working days to arrive and your chosen store will contact you when your items are ready to collected.

Electric Bikes

We offer FREE UK and Northern Ireland  weekday delivery on our e-bikes.

When you order an e-bike from us, it’ll be built and inspected by a qualified member of the Pure Electric team before being boxed up and sent to you. Once delivered, all you’ll need to do is use the supplied Pure Electric multitool to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.

All electric scooter and bike deliveries will need to be signed for, whether by yourself, household member or a neighbour.

 

Failed deliveries
If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.

The item will be returned to Pure Electric if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on three occasions.

Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.

 

Incorrect delivery details
Pure Electric cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.

If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.
