With regenerative braking technology (where energy returns to the battery), the Pure Air Pro also comes with three speed modes, an integrated display, and larger, 10” puncture-resistant tyres, giving you enhanced control against any bumps in your path for a smoother, safer ride. What is the warranty cover?

Your purchase of this scooter includes a 12-month warranty against original defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. This covers the cost of labour and parts required to maintain your scooter in proper working order for the 12 month warranty period. Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when making enquires on this warranty.

The warranty covers use during light rain and riding through puddles on the ground, but not soaking in water or exposure to strong rain for prolonged periods of time. Use in these conditions will invalidate the warranty.  

    What does the warranty exclude?

    Consumable items are not included as part of your warranty. These are outlined below:

    • Inner tubes
    • Tyres
    • Rubber foot rest
    • Handlebar grips
    • Brake cables
    • Brake pads
    • Paint
    • Rubber bungs

    You cannot use your warranty if: 

    • The requested work is to repair consumable items which are not covered by warranty. 
    • The part which is submitted for repair or maintenance demonstrates signs of misuse or handling that is contrary to the instructions set out in the manual, included but not limited to inappropriate use or incorrect maintenance and storage or signs of crash damage may invalidate a warranty claim. 
    • The submitted repair work is needed due to the scooter having been involved in an accident or reckless/intentional damage. 
    • The requested work is to repair normal wear and tear, surface or cosmetic damage.

    Order before 1pm for FREE next working day delivery to England, Wales and Scotland on our e-scooters. For Scottish Highlands and Islands, delivery will take one extra working day. For Northern Ireland, delivery is FREE and in three working days. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be shipped on Mondays.

    You have 30 days from the date in which your product has been delivered to return your product.

    To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, unridden with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
