Warranty
Warranty Info
Giant warrants for the original owner only the frame, rigid fork, or original component parts of each new Giant brand bicycle to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following specified periods:

Warranty of lifetime for - The bicycle frame, except on models intended for downhill purposes.

Warranty of ten years for - Rigid forks

Warranty of three years for - Frames on models intended for downhill purposes

Warranty of one year for - Paint finish and decals.
All other original parts, including rear shock linkages, but excluding non-Giant brand parts, suspension forks, and rear shock absorbers. (All non-Giant brand parts, suspension forks, and rear shock absorbers shall be covered exclusively by the stated warranty of their original manufacturer
Exclusions
The above warranty, or implied warranty, does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear on parts such as tyres, chains, brakes, cables and gearwheels in situations where there are no assembly or material defects.
- Bicycles serviced by other than an Authorised Giant Retailer.
- Modifications from the original condition.
- Use of the bicycle for abnormal, competition, and/or commercial activities or for purposes other than those for which the bicycle was designed.
- Damage caused by failing to follow the owner's manual.
- Paint finish and decal damage resulting from taking part in competitions, jumping, downhill and/or training for such activities or events as a result of exposing the bike to, or riding the bike in, severe conditions or climates.
- Labour charges for part replacement or changeover.

Electric Bike Delivery - up to 5 working days
UK and Northern Ireland - Free
Republic of Ireland - £9.99 delivery – 5 working day – Import Charges from 1st January 2021
All Republic of Ireland orders will be shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid. Prior to the delivery of your order, the carrier delivering will be in contact with you to provide a link to pay any excise, VAT and customs clearance fees. Any orders above €150 will also incur additional import duty charges.
Please note: Accessories ordered with e-bikes may come in separate deliveries.
Store Click & Collect
Not around to accept a delivery? We offer free click & collect in all our UK stores. Simply purchase your item online to secure stock and collect it from your local Pure Electric store.
Your order will be ready within 5 working days and we’ll be in touch when it's available to collect.
International Ordering & Delivery
We currently only take orders from the UK and Ireland. Please see our Ordering & Delivery page for more details.
Built & Ready To Ride
When you order an e-bike from us, it’ll be built and inspected by a qualified member of the Pure Electric team before being boxed up and sent to you. Once delivered, all you’ll need to do is use the supplied Pure Electric multitool to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date in which your product has been delivered to return your product.
To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, unridden with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
